The 2022 French Open is a Grand Slam tennis tournament held on outdoor clay courts. It will be held at the Stade Roland Garros in Paris, France, from May 22 to June 5, 2022, and will feature singles, doubles, and mixed doubles competitions.
In the men’s singles, Novak Djokovic is the defending champion, while Barbora Krejková is the defending champion in the women’s singles. In 2022, the French Open will be held for the 126th time and will be the second Grand Slam event.

Out of 128 participants, the main singles draws have 16 qualifiers for men and 16 qualifiers for women. It’s also the first time the event has used a conventional tie break in the final set, with the player winning first to 10 points, as Wimbledon and the US Open do currently.
The winners of the Grand Slam held at Roland Garros have not been declared yet since the competition is still ongoing. The competition which started on May 16 is set to end on June 6, 2022
