San Jose Police Officer Arrested
San Jose Police Officer – Prosecutors in Santa Clara County said on Thursday, May 12 that a San Jose police officer was arrested and charged with indecent exposure after allegedly masturbating in a home where he responded to a domestic disturbance complaint last month.
Officer Matthew Dominguez, 32, a four-year veteran of the department, is due in court on June 22 to face the misdemeanor charge.

Dominguez and two other officers responded on April 21 to a call about a mentally ill family member who was being violent at a San Jose home, and after sending the other officers away to find the person, he touched himself in front of two female family members and exposed himself to the family’s mother, according to the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office.
According to prosecutors, the victims informed two male relatives nearby about the police’s acts, and one of them also witnessed the officer exposing himself in the dining room. If convicted, he may face a year in prison and a ten-year sentence on the sex offender list.
