Nollywood Actress Ada Ameh Is Dead: Veteran actress Ada Ameh has passed away.
The actress passed away on Sunday night. She was most known for playing Emu in the Africa Magic family drama, The Johnsons.
Emeka Rollas, the president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, confirmed the information over the phone to The Newsmen on Monday morning.
“Ada was lost. We’ve lost Ada, Rollas said, without going into further detail at this time.
Social media rumors went widespread, claiming that the actress passed away Sunday evening at a hospital in Delta State.
A few weeks ago, the actress talked openly about her struggles with mental illness.
“Everything will work out just fine. My life is currently being threatened by a problem I have. I won’t pass away. We shall go on, Ameh had written in a social media message.
The actress claimed that although she was given a job, she was unable to complete it due of mental health concerns.

She claims that this occurred as a result of early sex exposure from peers.
Despite having given birth young, the actress lost her 30-year-old daughter Aladi Godgift in October 2020.
Aladi had passed away in Abuja following a failed surgery, and the actress last year paid a visit to her daughter’s grave to commemorate the deceased’s one-year passing.
On her daughter’s birthday after she had passed away, she had also given her a party.
