At the 2014 Nationwide Children’s Hospital Championship, he won his first professional event. Thomas won his PGA Tour card for the 2015 season after finishing fifth in the 2014 Web.com Tour regular season and third following the Web.com Tour Finals.

Thomas has seven top-10 finishes and 15 top-25 finishes in 2015, with fourth-place performances at the Quicken Loans National and Sanderson Farms Championship being his finest achievements.

He finished 32nd in the PGA Tour’s FedEx Cup, losing out to Daniel Berger for Rookie of the Year.
