Jack Deloplaine Obituary – American football running back Jack A. Deloplaine participated in four seasons of the National Football League.

He had previously played college football for the Salem Tigers. From 1976 to 1979, he played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Washington Redskins, and Chicago Bears.

Kathy was married to Deloplaine. Ryan and Todd were their two children together. The latter played baseball, ice hockey, and football in high school, following in his father’s footsteps.

Before moving to South Carolina in his latter years, the family lived in Pittsburgh’s North Side. On August 3, 2022, Deloplaine passed away at the age of 68.

The husband of Kathleen Deloplaine, Jack “Hydroplane” Deloplaine, age 68, died at AnMed Health Medical Center on Tuesday, August 2, 2022.

Pastor Clayton King will preside over the funeral service on Monday, August 8 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home. At Forest Lawn Memorial Park, there will be a burial after.

The McDougald Funeral Home’s website and Facebook page will also have a live stream tab where you can watch the funeral. After the service is over, you can watch the recording of it online at The McDougald Funeral Home’s YouTube channel.

The family asks that no flowers be delivered. The Special Olympics of Pennsylvania Pittsburgh Office, 200 Cedar Ridge Dr., #214, Pittsburgh, PA 15205, is where donations can be made in Jack Deloplaine’s honor.

Later, there will be a memorial service in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
