Is Ruby Jean Seals Still Alive – Jim Seals of the 1970s soft rock duo Seals & Crofts died on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at the age of 80. Ruby Jean Seals was his wife.

Ruby Jean Seals is a woman who was born in the United States. Ruby Jean Anderson and Jim Seals married in 1970, and their three children are all musicians: Joshua, Juliette, and Sutherland.

Jim, Ruby’s husband, was born in Sidney, Texas in 1941 and was a member of The Champs for a short time before joining following their song ‘Tequila,’ which also included Glen Campbell.

Jim then toured with Eddie Cochran before forming Glen Campbell and the GCs, which included Seals and Crofts.

Their debut album with their new label did not chart, but their second, Summer Breeze, did, peaking at #7 in 1972. It went on to sell over a million copies.

With their second album, ‘Summer Breeze,’ Seals & Crofts made their breakthrough. In 1972, the title tune, “Summer Breeze,” hit number 6 in the United States and number 16 in Australia.

Despite the fact that the duo dissolved in 1980, they reformed in 1991–1992, and again in 2004, when they recorded their final album, Traces.

Jim Seals, brother of “England” Dan Seals, of England Dan & John Ford Coley, has long been a vocal promoter of the Bahá’ Faith.
