“Election is not war” – Yul Edochie lectures Nigerians expecting him to fight colleagues over presidential choice

Yul Edochie, a well-known actor and polygamist, has warned Nigerians not to expect him to argue with his colleagues about who they should vote for.

The father of five said that the three main candidates for president are all close friends in a post on his official Instagram profile.

Due to their money, they would be secure and unaffected either way the election turned out.

Elections aren’t wars, in his opinion, and since politicians aren’t fighting each other, no one can expect him to do the same with his colleagues when they decide who to vote for.

In his words;

“The Presidential candidates of the 3 major parties are all friends.

They have a lot of respect for each other.

They’re Billionaires whose families are all secured no matter the outcome of the election.

They are not fighting each other.

So why should I be fighting my colleague over his choice of who to vote for?

Doesn’t make any sense.

Election is not war.

Have a lovely weekend.”
