Patty Gasso is a softball coach for the Oklahoma Sooners in the United States.

Since 1995, she has served as the head softball coach at the University of Oklahoma.

Patty Gasso has a career record of 1,381–342–2 and a winning percentage of.801. She has led the Sooners to five national championships.

Gasso was raised in Torrance, California, and was born Patricia Marie Froehlich in Los Angeles.

She attended California State University, Long Beach, where she played softball.

From 1990 through 1994, Gasso coached softball at Long Beach City College, where he had a 161–59–1 record.

In 2012, she was named into the Hall of Fame of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA).

Jim Gasso, a soccer coach and owner of the Intencity sports training academy in Norman, Oklahoma, is married to Patty Gasso.

JT Gasso and DJ Gasso are her two children with her spouse Jim.

DJ Gasso is an assistant softball coach at the University of Utah and JT Gasso is a softball assistant coach for the Oklahoma Sooners.
