Denise Dowse Cause Of Death
Veteran television personality Denise Dowse passed away on August 13, 2022, at the age of 64, following a battle with a “virulent form of meningitis.” She reportedly went into a coma before passing away.
The actress’s sister, Tracey Dowse, announced her passing on Instagram on August 13 and paid a moving homage to the “illustrious actress, mentor, and director.”
“I’d like to use this opportunity to express my gratitude to all of our loved ones for their support and prayers. Denise Dowse has passed on to be with our family in eternity, I must inform everyone with a sorrowful heart,” Tracey Dowse said.

Tracey Dowse pleaded for discretion, requested further supplications, and vowed to keep everyone informed about her celebration of life.
In addition to The Guardian and Beverly Hills, 90210, Denise is well known for her frequent TV roles, which include Dr. Rhonda Pyne in HBO’s Issa Rae comedy Insecure from 2017 to 2020.
Her film credits include Coach Carter, Ray, and Requiem for a Dream. She also serves as the director of Remember Me: The Mahalia Jackson Story, which stars Vanessa Williams, Corbin Bleu, Keith David, and Columbus Short.
