Despite Adesua Etomi nicknamed Susu’s dislike of Nigerian politics, Banky W revealed to his followers how he persuaded her to back his political career.

Banky, a singer and politician, explained how Adesua first opposed him seeking for office in the Lagos House of Representatives’ Eti Osa constituency because she thought Nigerian politics were risky and dishonest.

Banky wrote on his page;

Susu has never liked politics. You can probably imagine how she felt when I started talking about the responsibility of running for government.

“Banky,” she yelled. I am familiar with you and your heart. and if given the chance, I have no doubt that you would excel and have a positive impact. However, Nigerian politics are shady and perilous. Additionally, I don’t want anything to hurt or sully you.

Without Susu, there is no way that I could have accomplished this.
