Actress Uche Ogbodo experienced a heartbreaking moment during her wedding when she sobbed as her father prayed for her (Video)
Actress Uche Ogbodo, a well-known Nollywood actress, recently shared a touching video from her traditional wedding on social media.
Recall that in January 2023, Uche Ogbodo and Bobby Maris, her younger partner and the father of her second child, were married in a customary ceremony that took place in her village.
The mother of two sobbed inconsolably as her father showered her with prayers during her wedding rites, as seen in the moving video she posted online.
The actor’s father is seen in the now-viral video praying in Igbo for Ogbodo and her lover as they bowed before him.
She struggled mightily to contain her feelings while her father prayed, but eventually broke down in tears, disregarding her makeup as her husband tried to reassure her by placing his arm around her shoulders.

I love my dad so much, but he ruined my makeup for me with his wonderful prayer, she stated after posting the video to her Instagram account. May God preserve the health of my parents so that I can see my grandchildren with my husband.
