Meet ‘Life Below Zero’ Cast
Life Below Zero is a documentary television series that depicts the daily and seasonal routines of subsistence hunters who live in Alaska’s far reaches. The show is produced by BBC Worldwide and broadcast on National Geographic.
The show follows people living in the remote areas of Alaska, surviving off the land, making money through various ventures, as well as dealing with the many challenges that come with living so remotely in such an unforgiving environment.

Which Life Below Zero star died?
Gary Muehlberger, star of National Geographic Channel’s Life Below Zero: Port Protection, apparently died when his house burned down. He was 75. A March 17 fire destroyed Gary’s house in Port Protection on Prince of Wales Island in Alaska, which was regularly featured in the show.
