Lillian Afegbai calls out bank for allegedly stealing from customers
Popular actress Lillian Afegbai has charged a certain Nigerian bank with embezzling client funds.
She stated that the bank is robbing consumers rather than fulfilling its basic duty of protecting their assets.
The screen diva said that unlike other institutions, the bank hasn’t expressed regret for the downtime its clients are experiencing.
She bemoaned the fact that she was unable to transfer or receive money and that, even when it did, the money was only ever charged.
ZenithBank, why are you taking our money and not returning it? You are supposed to be protecting our customers’ money, not robbing them.
You have never once sent a message to apologize for the outage we are having.
Every other bank still operates occasionally. I am unable to transfer or receive money, and if it goes out, you debit it without returning it.
Please fix this,”she wrote
