Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Husband: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Engaged To Fiance Riley Roberts

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a lawmaker and representative from New York, has announced her engagement to Riley Roberts.

On Twitter, Ocasio-Cortez announced, “We got engaged last month in Puerto Rico, the hometown of my family.”

No further information was provided at this time, she noted. “We’re taking some time to relish this time before plunging into preparations.

The two fell in love in 2011 while they were Boston University freshmen. They first met at a boisterous keg party held by the dean, where they later grew close.

After a while of dating, they broke up, and Roberts moved to Arizona.

When Robert was a student at the University, he was frequently called a “easygoing redhead.” His current job is web developer.

Despite the criticism Roberts has received on social media for not conforming to the stereotype of a politician’s partner, Alexandria picked Roberts in part because of his significant career support.

“He doesn’t seem to have received any media training or focus groups for state dinners. We are aware of his supporting and motivating nature in private,” a detractor wrote.
