Sherin Celine Mathew Cause Of Death

Sherin Celine Mathew, a 27-year-old transgender model and actress, was found dead. On Tuesday, May 17, at 10 a.m., she was discovered hanging in a cabin in Chakkaraparambu.

Sherin, a native of Alappuzha, had been in the city for about five years. Sherin was active on social media, sharing her reels and videos frequently.

The death was ruled a suicide by police, who issued an atypical death report. Authorities said Sherin had been despondent for a few days, according to her friends.

Police are gathering testimony from Sherin’s close pals in connection with the incident. The body will be transported to Kalamassery Medical College after the inquest procedures are concluded.

Sherin was a model and had starred in a few Malayalam films in minor roles. This is the fifth transgender suicide attempt in Kochi in the last year.
