Moriah Wilson Bike Racer Husband – Moriah “Mo” Wilson, a bike racer, was killed on May 11, 2022, in Austin, Texas, at the age of 26.
The Austin Police Department responded to a report late Wednesday night, according to CBS Austin.
Wilson was found dead from a gunshot wound inside a home in downtown Austin when they arrived.
Wilson’s death has been labeled as a “suspicious death,” and investigators are working to figure out what happened to her.
On Thursday, May 12, 2022, CBS Austin reported the homicide and presented as much of the little details available from the Austin Police Department at the time.
Wilson grew up in East Burke, Vermont, and competed in ski racing throughout her childhood.
Wilson received an engineering degree from Dartmouth College, where she also played soccer.
Wilson worked as a demand planner at Specialized for the past two and a half years.
Wilson quit from her job earlier this month to pursue racing full-time.

“We know Moriah would want the race to go on so her fellow countrymen could challenge their boundaries, because she would have been on the race track with them.”
“We hope that everyone feels her enthusiasm and encouragement as they pursue their own goals.” Her spirit will be with you all during your training and on race day.”
“For the rest of May, please do not contact me for interviews or comments.”
“We are organizing a memorial service in June and will provide further information as soon as possible.”

Moriah Wilson was not married and there’s no record of her being involved in a romantic relationship with anyone.
