Judith Durham Obituary – As the main singer of the Seekers, an Australian popular folk music group, Judith Durham AO became well-known as a singer, composer, and guitarist in 1963.
At the age of 79, Judith Durham passed away on Friday, August 5, 2022. Durham, who had been suffering chronic lung disease, is thought to have passed away on Friday night in a hospital.

At the Alfred Hospital, she had been receiving palliative care before she passed away as a result of medical difficulties.

In Melbourne, Judith Durham was born. She debuted her first EP at the age of 19, and after joining The Seekers, she gained international recognition.
She made a number of solo albums after leaving The Seekers. Durham received the Centenary Medal in 2003 in addition to the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in 1995 for his contributions to music, particularly as an entertainer and composer.
To celebrate her 75th birthday, her most recent CD, So Much More, a collection of unheard songs, was published in 2018.
